Yoga for Busy Adults is a supportive weekly practice for those who want to move, breathe, and feel better in their bodies, but struggle to find the time to be able to do so.
In today's hectic, high-stress world, we know that it can be hard to make time for yourself. Maybe you've tried to build self-care or fitness routines before, but found it hard to stay consistent without guidance or community. If so, this practice is designed for you.
Each week, you'll receive a 20-minute class focused on strength, mobility, breath, and simple mindfulness – short enough to fit into real life, but thoughtful enough to make a difference – with an additional option to access our full class catalogue. The emphasis is on care, consistency, and reconnecting with your body without pressure.
